Forman will speak at 1:30 PM with Dawn Sauro of Clinipace on “Setting & Managing Priorities in a Clinical Project Schedule.” They will discuss how to allocate resources to ensure project success by describing common causes of prioritization problems.
“Darcy and I are excited to present our knowledge on patient-centricity at this year’s conference. With the expansion of industry opportunities and resources, providers must understand how to bring clinical trials to the patient to provide them with a comfortable and efficient trial experience,” said Keens.
The 2019 East Program will host over 800 attendees through 100+ sessions and workshops, focusing on clinical operations, project management, site management and many other topics.
